a.     Our DCM asked for volunteers to host the two District Roundtables.  Cliff W. volunteered to host the Traditions Roundtable along with his group #107.

Donald B. volunteered to host the Working with Newcomers Roundtable.

b.     Greg S. volunteered to host the District Inventory which will be facilitated
by Chip B., Past Area Delegate Eastern Area 38 (October).

c.      Jim Ma. along with Group #163 agreed to host the District GSR School
(November).

 

Sandy Y., DCM, requested motion for Area Delegate, Pat B., to visit our District on August 7, 2008, to report on the General Service Conference.
